Belzhar

Issues- all the kids at the boarding school have issues. So, of course there are going to be some twists and turns, which has seemed to become a new genre.

I can't quite decide how I feel about Belzhar. I was excited about the boarding school/Sylvia Plath themes and was looking forward to seeing how Meg Wolitzer handled her first YA novel, but for the first half I was frustrated and bored.

ORIGINAL defined BELZHAR, the reason is that I never read a book like that : about this topic. It was very clever from MEG WOLITZER but not developed enough, that's why this rate.
